Support a good cause while having fun! Join us for the 6th annual 5K and 1Mile event, benefiting DFW Labrador Retriever Rescue Club. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates solely on private donations. Our average cost per dog is over $600, yet our adoption fee is only $275. Our adoption fees are the same, regardless of the past health of the dog. In order to make up for the difference between the actual cost of the dog and our adoption rate, we rely on special events & fundraisers to help supplement the costs.

Walkers, Runners and all breeds of dogs are welcome for the 5K or 1 Mile events. 100% of proceeds benefit DFW Labrador Retriever Rescue, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned Labradors.7:00 AM: Race day registration ($35) and Packet pickup
8:00 AM: 1 Mile start
8:30 AM: 5K start
9:30 AM: Awards ceremony
*We will have activities for your four and two-legged children, so bring them to the run and stay for the fun!

*Children 4 and Under are Free; Kids aged 5 -12 years are $10
Dogs participating in the 5K must line up in the back of the start corral. No retractable leashes please. There is no fee for dogs to participate in the 5K or 1 Mile event. All dogs present at the event must be well-behaved, up to date on vaccinations, and on leash at all times.
