Service Dogs Featured in Minnesota Yearbook
Blaine High School in Blaine, Minnesota included two very special staff members in their 2015 yearbook.
Dakota and Carmel are two service dogs that belong to two teachers at the school. One, a hearing impaired staffer who, along with her service dog, teaches American Sign Language to students and another who works in special education and brings her service dog to school to work with the children.
This marks the 4th year that both Dakota and Carmel have been featured in the “Staff” section of the yearbook, right alongside teachers, administrators, and other important and vital school staff members.
