We are a non profit 501 (c) 3 organization which operates solely on private donations. Our average cost per dog is over $600, yet our adoption fee is only $275. We charge the same adoption fee for all our dogs, regardless of their past health. In order to make up for the difference between the actual cost of the dog and our adoption rate, we rely on special events/fundraisers to help supplement the costs.
