This beginner dog obedience class sets the foundation using reward-based training techniques to teach new behaviors. The class teaches your dog the importance of self-control and you will build confidence to achieve a better relationship with your dog by utilizing basic commands taught. Dogs will learn: Eye Contact, Sit, Down, Stay, Leave it, Drop it, Wait, Come When Called and Loose Leash Walking. From this class you and your dog will progress to the Advanced Obedience Level II class.
The class is for dogs older than 4 months, proof of age-appropriate vaccinations is required. It is not required that your dog be spayed or neutered for this class. We will meet for 6 weeks (excluding the weekend of July 4th) , class size is limited so contact Camp Bow Wow at (972) 393-2267 (CAMP) or coppell.trainer@campbowwow.com to reserve your spot.
