Paws in the City and Fixin’ to Save will be hosting a volunteer appreciation happy hour and fundraiser to continue their community outreach efforts in Dallas. On April 23rd at Terilli’s from 5-7 pm, we will hold a happy hour and raffle. Appetizers and cocktails will be provided. Everyone is welcome to attend, especially if you wish to learn how to become more involved in our program.
In 2014, Fixin’ to Save spayed and neuter 717 dogs and cats and did over 1,091 vaccinations for low-income Dallas families. By 2017, we will have prevented one million unwanted births thus helping to decrease the euthanasia rate and overpopulation crisis in Dallas shelters.
